Embodied Knowledge - Body Psychotherapy, Sex Therapy & Systemic Family Therapy
approaches
Depending on your needs and wishes, I offer sex therapy, systemic family therapy and body psychotherapy. We can also combine these approaches and I bring the attitude and knowledge from all my training and further education into the sessions.
body psychotherapy
I work as a body psychotherapist using the Embodiment and Pantarei Approach © approach .
Embodiment describes the close connection between body, mind and emotions. Everything we think and feel finds expression in our body and in turn influences how we experience the world. Through targeted physical exercises we can influence this connection, change our inner experience and uncover new, powerful resources.
The Pantarei Approach© complements this approach by combining touch, breath and verbal communication to build a deeper connection to oneself. This method focuses on physical sensations and emotions, which often provide valuable clues to inner processes and unresolved issues.
Feelings are not suppressed, but are allowed to find their own, individual expression. The nervous system can learn to relax. The body can take up more space and allow trapped tensions to be released.
This work offers the opportunity to learn to perceive one's own wishes, limits and needs more clearly and to stand up for them. At the same time, stressful moods, fears or difficult life experiences can be integrated. Through a more conscious perception of what is, old patterns can be broken and new, powerful skills developed.
What can it do?
Improving the ability to deal with feelings such as anger, fear or sadness
Clarity in decisions and changing deadlocked life situations
relief of chronic discomfort or pain
Building an embodied sense of self-confidence and inner strength
Experiencing liveliness, energy and mindfulness in everyday life
This work offers the opportunity to rediscover yourself - with everything that makes us who we are. You can feel how good it feels to experience yourself as a whole again and to consciously strengthen the connection between body, mind and emotions.
I warmly invite you to follow this path – at your own pace and with your own individual focus.
Sexual therapy according to Sexocorporel
Would you like to understand your sexuality better and rediscover it for yourself? Do you sometimes wonder if there is something wrong with you? Maybe you don't feel like it, you feel pain, you're in your head or you can't really enjoy sexuality?
Sexuality is a lifelong learning process and it is possible to experience your sexuality with joy and pleasure.
As a certified sexologist, I accompany you on this path, impart practical knowledge and support you in gaining new experiences. My body-oriented therapy is based on the Sexocorporel model and is aimed at everyone - regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity.
In sex therapy, I use the Sexocorporel method. This involves examining your individual sexual learning history and developing the logic of your system. This means that we look together at how you have experienced sexuality in your previous sexual experiences, what worked well and where you encountered limitations.
Through targeted physical exercises, your individual repertoire can be expanded and you can have new experiences.
